Ardon McKinley III brings nearly two decades of hands-on experience and a lifetime of passion for the housing industry to every client he serves. From 2006 to 2018, Ardon worked alongside his father building custom homes—a formative experience that gave him an in-depth understanding of quality craftsmanship, project management, and the value of hard work. In 2018, Ardon earned his Real Estate license, expanding his ability to help families navigate the buying and selling process with confidence and clarity. The following year, in 2019, he obtained his Manufactured Housing license, further broadening his expertise across all areas of residential housing. Ardon’s approach to business is rooted in honesty, integrity, and a genuine desire to help families achieve their homeownership goals. His comprehensive knowledge of both home construction and real estate allows him to guide clients through every step of the process—ensuring they make informed decisions and feel supported from start to finish.
